Need more space? We engineer and build lean-to additions that tie into your existing structure — same panel profile, matching elevations.
Every repair we do is covered by our workmanship warranty. If something fails because of our work, we come back and fix it.
Regular inspection and maintenance contracts available for commercial clients — catch small issues before they become big problems.

We pull panels, trim, and fasteners from our Tampa or Adel facilities (or source from our supplier network for non-SSS buildings). Crew scheduled.
Our trained repair crew executes the work — typically same-day for small repairs, multi-day for larger modifications. Weather-dependent outdoors.
Final walkthrough with you. You sign off; we activate the workmanship warranty. If anything needs touching up later, we come back.
