Interior finishes on the residential side can go anywhere from rustic farmhouse to sleek modern — drywall, tongue-and-groove, stained concrete floors, vaulted ceilings with exposed trusses. The shop or barn side keeps the pre-engineered envelope simple and durable. One building, two feels.

Yes. The residential portion is engineered and finished to the applicable residential building code for your jurisdiction — FBC residential in Florida, IRC in Georgia, and others in our service area. Our in-house engineering and permitting teams handle the code work.
Absolutely. Interior finishes on the residential side can go anywhere from drywall + trim to wood panel + exposed trusses to full modern build-out. The steel frame is the structure; the interior finish package is up to you.
Yes. Two-story residential sections with a single-story shop or barn wing are common layouts. We engineer the floor loading, stair framing, and the interface between the stories as part of the original structural design.
