Yes. Clear-span riding arenas are one of our core agricultural builds. We engineer the roof ridge vents for airflow, design the wall height for jumping and lunging, and can include attached stables, viewing lounges, and tack rooms on the same structure.
Ag barns are engineered around livestock, equipment, and crop operations — ventilation, clear-spans, moisture-resistant finishes, and typically simpler interior finishes. Commercial equestrian or hobby farm structures add finish options like wood paneling, heated tack rooms, and residential-style lighting.
Yes. Dairy, broiler, and livestock buildings have specific code and ventilation requirements — we work with your operations team to engineer the envelope, insulation, and mechanical penetrations to match the species and climate.
Yes. A lot of our ag builds include a tack room, farm office, or manager’s quarters on the same structure. We engineer the utility runs, insulation, and finishes so the living or office space meets residential/office code while the ag space stays ag-spec.
Generally, yes — because the interior finish package is simpler and the code requirements are lighter for ag-only use. The building envelope itself uses the same engineered quality as commercial work; the savings come from what’s inside.
Yes. End-wall expansions work the same on ag buildings as on any pre-engineered steel structure — the end wall removes cleanly and the new section ties into the existing frame.
